We will not accept any items that do not meet the criteria below.
Drop off times are as follows
Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Saturday 10:00 am - 2:00 am
Sunday NO DROP OFFS
THE LAST WEEK OF EACH MONTH WE DON'T ACCEPT ANY ITEMS
We only accept seasonal items Spring & Summer from January 1-June 30. Fall & Winter from July 1-December 31. Jordan's Closet does accept specific Holiday items and ski-wear ALL YEAR (certain conditions apply).
Jordan's Closet is a UPSCALE Children's Consignment, we will not accept any items that are over 4 years old from the Manufactures date. Also please check our recent recall page & www.cpsc.gov website as we don't accept recalled items.
We are extremely selective on the QUALITY of the items we accept because we want them to sell quickly for you. Please inspect your items carefully prior to bringing them in to ensure they meet our criteria by being free of any of the following:
- No Stains (please check the underarms)
- No Holes
- No Missing buttons
- No Broken zippers
- Frayed Cuffs
- Especially No Faded Items
Items must be freshly laundered and folded neatly in a bag. We accept two large shopping bags at a time. Please no plastic trash bags. (If you have more then two large bags but they meet all our guidelines, please call ahead to make arrangements for when we can see all your items.)
Toys or Electronics games MUST have working batteries and be in clean condition or they will NOT be accepted (we do not stock batteries). Books have a limit of 25 pieces at a time.
At the time of drop-off we will go through your items and give you back the items we can not consign.
